Nice lake view from room with terrace for dining and working. Perfect spot for a quick walk to CITYCUBE for events.

Rooms are outdated with dated furniture, and WiFi struggles to reach rooms. The bed lacks comfort and noise travels through thin walls, especially in family rooms.

The location was particularly good and stunning and the private parking was onsite. The breakfast was great on order coffee or tea and with fine food, and the stuff was ACCOMMODATING.

Overall luxurious and modern hotel, I didn't want to say goodbye.

Its location within easy walking distance of Funkturm Berlin Radio Tower was lovely and stunning. I was there for the trip and had a very very good stay, so I would stay here again...

Do recommend for a lightning trip

Charming hotel, peaceful atmosphere, with a lovely terrace overlooking the lake where I enjoyed my breakfast while soaking in the view, and excellent transport links nearby made it super convenient to explore the city and reach attractions like the Olympic Stadium with ease.

It was perfect.

The internet system they used is not good. I will not recommend this if you are planning to use this hotel for business meetings.

Lokation near to ICC

The lake view from my room was the highlight! The location is super convenient, but the wifi was a major letdown. It was a nice stay 😊

Spotlessly clean and MODERN hotel with relaxing view of the lake. Good food in the terrace for breakfast. Really helpful staff, perfect location next to Messe Berlin and S-Bahn, and City Cube. Again, walking distance to Lietzensee Lake.

The location is a gem. The receptionist was apologetic and accommodating after it was pointed out that an error had been made regarding the type of room I had booked.

Misleading information was provided on the website regarding free parking at the hotel. Free parking at a nearby facility is not possible unless you consider the street a facility. A rather steep fee must be paid at an adjacent parking garage.

The wifi didn't reach my room, so inconvenient for my important work, and ru(de) staff acted like it was my fault. When I asked about a complimentary upgrade after all that, I was told that's just how it is. I almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn't.

Small, sophisticated location. Breakfast/dining room very elegant. Setting next to park was a real plus

The room was stuffy at night and the pillow was too small.

The staff was over and above the normal. We had excellent service and the food was well presented and very tasty.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from the Charlottenburg train station. The restaurant offered an excellent variety of food options for both breakfast and dinner.

I found the absence of a coffee machine in the room to be a minor inconvenience.

Two bathrooms in twin room. Situation near ICC

Nice looking and beautifully kept hotel with an outdoor restaurant and efficient staff. Well-appointed and well-equipped room and bathroom with bathtubs. Nice base for exploring Berlin.
